Youngs was the contractor I choose for some major remodeling at my
residence, which took place from March to September 2003. The Project included a complete re-do of the master bedroom suite: including adding and replacing windows and a sliding glass door, adding a ceiling fan, rerouting wiring and furnace ducts, and remodeling the bathroom. In addition, the guest bath was gutted and remodeled, including raising part of the ceiling, moving the location of the commode, and adding a sky tube and greenhouse window. The entry hall ceiling was also removed and the ceiling was raised to include an operable skylight with remote. The standard sized entry door was replaced with an eight-foot glass door and sidelights, and an adjoining wall was modified. An attic fan was also installed. Bob did all of the above work by himself, excluding the tile work. He was easy to work with, dependable, flexible, and creative. I particularly appreciated his willingness to work with me throughout the project when new ideas or concerns developed. |
